IndiGo Airlines AI Customer Service Chatbot
Production-grade multi-agent AI customer service system with 6 specialized agents (Triage, FAQ, Booking, Baggage, Handoff, Resume) using Groq's Llama3-70B for ultra-fast inference. Implemented RAG pipeline over airline policy documents using ChromaDB with persistent vector storage.
Personalized Text Summarization using NLP & ML
M.Tech thesis research implementing a 3-stage personalization framework (Length, Tone, Aspect) using Llama 3.3 70B via Groq API across MACSum, PERCS, and WikiAsp datasets. Evaluated using BERTScore, ROUGE, and Flesch-Kincaid metrics.
PDF Q&A System using RAG
Modular Python-based document Q&A system using LangChain, AstraDB vector database, and Groq API, applying OOP principles for maintainable and scalable code. Implemented RAG pipeline for context-aware question answering.
Movie Recommendation System
Python-based content-based filtering engine using CountVectorizer and cosine similarity across genre, cast, and keyword features. Deployed an interactive real-time UI using Streamlit for personalized recommendations.
